Friendly and helpful hotel personnel.
During my stay, I found the WiFi to be completely non-functional, which made it difficult to stay connected with work and family. The room lighting was frustratingly dim, making it hard to read on the couch or do my makeup when the bathroom was occupied. Overall, the comfort of the room was compromised due to these issues, leaving me quite disappointed.

The spacious queen suite was perfect for our family! With 5 adult children, we enjoyed the comfort and the well-designed layout, making it easy to relax and unwind together after our daily adventures in Mexico City.
My wife says that a more exciting breakfast would be great.

The Junior Suite Double provided a comfortable space for our family, with ample room to relax. However, breakfast options were disappointing, lacking hot items like eggs or sausage, and the same cold ham every day grew monotonous. More attention to the buffet and coffee service would enhance the experience significantly.

The Junior Suite Double offered clean, comfortable accommodations. I appreciated the friendly and helpful hotel personnel. However, the WiFi never worked properly. The room lighting felt dim, making it hard to read on the couch and difficult to put on makeup if the bathroom was occupied. Breakfast disappointed. nothing hot was available, not even hard-boiled eggs. Only sliced cold ham every day, missing bacon or sausage. More service attendants needed to refresh the buffet and provide coffee.
