During my stay, I found the WiFi to be completely non-functional, which made it difficult to stay connected with work and family. The room lighting was frustratingly dim, making it hard to read on the couch or do my makeup when the bathroom was occupied. Overall, the comfort of the room was compromised due to these issues, leaving me quite disappointed.

The spacious queen suite was perfect for our family! With 5 adult children, we enjoyed the comfort and the well-designed layout, making it easy to relax and unwind together after our daily adventures in Mexico City.
